Rotating allows different banners to be shown each time the page is loaded, or each time a person loads a page that conatains a banner. (i.e. Stories, Pictures).

Constant shows a particular banner images for the duration of the contract. (6 or 12 months), and will be shown each time the page loads.

For businesses desiring greater visability, the constant option is available. the ad will be displayed continuously within the vertical or horizontal column selected.

For a lower rate, ads can be purchased that are rotated with other businesses as the page is reloaded/refreshed by the user.
